Jim’s Mowing Free Franchise Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

   The promoter is Hasadu Services Pty Ltd (ABN:82 945 313 124) located at 16/10 Gladstone Rd Castle Hill, NSW 2154

2. Eligibility

   • Entry is open to all attendees of the Landscapers Association Trade Day who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older.
   • Entrants must be physically present at the event and must not currently be or have been a Jim’s Mowing franchisee within the past 2 years.
   • Employees of Jim’s Mowing and their immediate families are ineligible.

3. Entry

   • Entry is free and automatic upon registration at the Jim’s Mowing booth during the Trade Day event.
   • Only one entry per person is permitted.
   • Draw closes at 2.30pm

4. Prize

   • One (1) Jim’s Mowing Franchise Package valued up to $30,000 AUD including:
     • Initial franchise fee (New franchise Only)
     • Start-up pack
     • Training and onboarding
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. (Does not include trailer, vehicle and machinery)

5. Prize Conditions

   • The winner must meet standard Jim’s Mowing franchisee criteria including:
     • Completing an interview and assessment process
     • Attending and passing franchisee training
     • Signing the standard franchise agreement
     • Police check
     • Restricted to Sydney Metropolitan area
     • Must start franchise before 1st December 2025
   • If the winner is deemed unsuitable during the assessment, Jim’s Mowing reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant.

6. Draw Details

   • The winner will be drawn at random at [Insert Time] on [Insert Date] during the event.
   • The draw will take place at the Jim’s Mowing booth.
   • The winner will be notified by Jim’s Mowing.

7. Notification

   • The winner will be announced live at the event and may be contacted by phone or email if needed.
   • The winner agrees to participate in marketing or promotional activities if requested.

8. Liability

   • Jim’s Mowing accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
   • To the extent permitted by law, Jim’s Mowing is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize.

9. Privacy

   • Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Jim’s Group’s Privacy Policy and used solely for administering this competition.

10. General

    • Jim’s Mowing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
    • Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
